Information submitted through a contact or estimate form, any automated confirmation, and any preliminary discussion do not constitute a binding contract, final project scope, or guaranteed price. A project becomes binding only when the parties accept an official written estimate, proposal, or contract in accordance with its terms. Site conditions, measurements, engineering requirements, permitting, access, material costs, and other project-specific factors may affect pricing and scheduling.

4. Information You Submit

You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate contact, address, project, and site information. Mark's Foundations, Inc. is not responsible for delays or failed communications caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information submitted through the website.

If you upload photos or other project materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and authorize us to use them for evaluating, quoting, scheduling, documenting, and communicating about your requested project.
